Bern – 30 July
The canton of Bern is honoured to be one of the hosts of the Fête des Vignerons
On Tuesday, July 30, it will be delighted to present the variety of its cultural and gastronomic offer at this extraordinary generational event: an orchestra, street performers and traditional music will be on the programme. Not to mention the culinary specialities we will offer on the lakeshore!
Let yourself be surprised by the different facets of this canton, with its alpine peaks, its Jura plateaus and its federal capital. The canton of Bern also has a fine wine-growing tradition, as evidenced by the vineyards of Lake Thun in the Oberland, the Seeland and the slopes of Lake Biel. The best winegrowers of the canton will present their wines during the Fête des Vignerons. “The bear in celebration” – this will be the motto of this Bernese day. We look forward to it!
Among the features
Tasting area: the best wineries in the canton of Berne present their wines. The culinary offer is complemented by alpine and semi-hard cheeses from the Bernese Oberland, as well as fine sausages from Seeland.
